Previously at UNHCR, she supported 4,000+ employees through leadership development, talent pipelining, performance improvement, career and change management, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure HR strategies directly support operational delivery. Her approach is practical, transparent, and data-driven, especially in job evaluation and remuneration design.

Previously, Christine worked with Boehringer Ingelheim and GE, where she built capability frameworks, strengthened succession planning, and coached leaders through organizational change, building her analytical thinking and process discipline in complex environments. Her expertise spans across job evaluation, remuneration frameworks, talent management, organizational design, and change management.

Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Christine simplifies complex HR challenges, creating clarity around roles, expectations, and career growth.
